Abstract Submission Guideline

A. TOPICS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Submission of abstracts should be any of the following ICNPH 2026 topic areas:

  1. Epidemiology & Biostatistics
  2. Health Policy & Management
  3. Public Health Nutrition
  4. Clinical Nutrition
  5. Health Promotion
  6. Maternal and Child Health
  7. Environmental and Occupational Health
  8. Health Information Management
  9. Food Science and Technology
  10. Other Public Health-Related Fields

B. AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Please kindly refer to the guidelines below for abstract submission to the 2nd ICNPH 2026:

  1. Submitting an abstract begins by logging in or registering with the system on the web page or on the following link https://icnph.events.unhas.ac.id/, clicking on Submit Abstract, filling in the author information, filling in the abstract in the system, checking the Acknowledgment sent to your email, and checking the Abstract Acceptance notification via E-mail, clicking on Submit Abstract, filling in the author information, filling in the abstract in the system, checking the Acknowledgment sent to your email, and checking the Abstract Acceptance notification via E-mail.
  2. Title should not exceed 20 words and should be arranged in a sentence style
  3. Author(s) should include name of all authors and their affiliation.
  4. Kindly provide a valid email address of - corresponding author.
  5. Abstract(s) should be submitted in English, single paragraph in Arial font size 12 and without indentation
  6. The abstract structure should be as follows:
  7. Abstract should be structured into the following headings: Background, Method, Result, Conclusion.
  8. Abstract should not exceed 250 words (not including headings word).
  9. Max 5 words for keywords.
  10. Figure is not allowed.

Note:

Submitted abstracts are not submitted in parallel or sequentially for publication or presentation to another conference. Although participants can later choose between oral or poster presentations in the submission system, this choice is not absolute. The final decision regarding which abstracts are submitted to oral or poster will be determined by the reviewer.
