Poster Presentation Guideline
ICNPH 2026 e-Poster Guidelines
(3rd International Conference on Nutrition and Public Health)
1. General Requirements
- All e-Posters must be prepared in English.
- Each submission must consist of:
- 1-page e-Poster (PDF format)
- Optional audio explanation (MP3, 3-5 minutes)
2. Technical Specifications (e-Poster)
File Format & Layout
- Format: PDF (1 page only)
- Orientation: Portrait
- Recommended to design using Microsoft PowerPoint template (Portrait layout), then export as PDF
File Size
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
Fonts
- Use standard fonts only: Arial, Calibri, Tahoma, Times New Roman, Helvetica
- Minimum font size: 11 pt (larger recommended for readability)
3. Content & Design Guidelines
- Ensure clear structure (e.g., Background - Methods - Results - Conclusion)
- Use concise text and prioritize visual clarity
- Maintain high contrast between text and background
Images & Tables
- Minimum resolution: 200 dpi
- Use high-quality visuals only
- Insert images/tables via copy-paste (not embedded objects)
Restrictions (Not Permitted)
- Hyperlinks
- Animations or transitions
- Embedded videos or audio
- QR codes
- Overlapping objects or hidden layers
4. File Naming
- Use simple file names (e.g., ICNPH2026_Poster_Name)
- Avoid special characters such as + / @ / ΓΌ / #
5. Audio Recording (Optional but Recommended)
- Format: MP3
- Duration: 3-5 minutes
- Content: concise explanation of your poster (background, key findings, implications)
- Ensure clear audio quality, minimal background noise, and professional delivery
6. Submission & Publication Policy
By submitting your e-Poster (and audio), you agree that your work may be displayed on the ICNPH 2026 conference platform. Your submission may be included in conference materials and official documentation/ archives.
7. Important Notes
- Ensure the final PDF version is exactly as intended; no edits will be made after submission.
- Submissions not meeting technical requirements may not be displayed on the website.
