Payment Method

Acceptable forms of payment are Debit/Card. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be uploaded to user account payment proof at Profile Page Section Payment.

Registration Procedure

Registration Guideline

  1. User fill registration form with user’s personal detail (there is no account registration need to participate in ICNPH 2026).
  2. If you do not have to present oral/poster (attendance only), you should register as a Non-Presenter.
  3. An auto mail would be sent to your registered email to make sure your e-mail are connected and system will provide a single link to access your Profile Information Page
  4. If you register for attendance only (Non-Presenter), next step of your registration is pay the registration fees and upload payment proof at your Profile Information Page Section Payment Proof.
  5. If you register for presenter (oral/poster), next step of your registration is upload abstract to Profile Information Page that we provided.
  6. Submitted abstract would be reviewed by our scientific division and the result would be notified by email and can be seen at Profile Information Page Section Abstract.
  7. If you have already submitted your abstract, and it has been accepted to be presented at the conference, pay the registration fees and upload payment proof at your Profile Information Page Section Payment Proof. You are also required to pay the conference fees and fill the online registration form to do the attendance and payment confirmation no later than 30 March 2026.
  8. Upload full article to the Profile Information Page Section Paper no later than 30 March 2026 .
  9. Your paper would be reviewed by Scientific Board and you might be asked to make some revision to your paper as recommended by the Scientific Board. See complete Abstract Guideline and Paper Submission Guideline.
  10. Re-upload revised paper through submission system page on Submission to Paper Revision Page from the link that we provided through e-mail.
